Return Policy

Many times an item need not be returned or the problem can be resolved simply by contacting the Patio Living Concepts Customer Service Department. All return requests must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number, which can be obtained by contacting customer service within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise. If an item is found not to be defective, shipping charges are the responsibility of the shipper. For returns other than for defects, please contact our Customer Service Department, and when granted, we will email the return authorization for you to tape to the outside of the carton. Patio Living Concepts will not accept any returns without our authorization. No Collect Shipments will be accepted and the least expensive method of shipping is required for all returned goods.

CHANGES: We reserve the right without notice to improve designs, materials and manufacturing methods to continually provide a superior product.

WARRANTY: Patio Living Concepts warrants all its products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for ONE YEAR from purchase date.
